At •pk•, we want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, here are the conditions:

 

Return Conditions

 

1.Return Period:

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

2.Product Condition:

We do not accept products that are used, dented, or damaged. The kendama must be in perfect condition with no signs of use.

•You may keep the accessories (stickers, extra strings, etc.) and return only the main kendama if it meets the conditions above.

 

Return Process

 

1.Request:

Send an email to [email protected]with the subject “Return Request.” Please include:

•Order number.

•Reason for the return.

•Photos of the kendama to verify its condition.

2.Review:

We will evaluate your request and respond within 48 business hours with instructions on how to return the product.

3.Return Shipping Costs:

•If you’re returning the kendama by personal choice, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

•If the product has manufacturing defects or was sent in error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

 

•Once we receive and review the kendama, we will process your refund within 15 business days.

•The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

Exceptions

 

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

•Products with signs of use, dents, or damage.

•Products returned outside the allowed period.
